Cross-cultural workers, member care providers and those who would like to develop care for their workers, pastors and church leaders, team leaders, and organization administrators are encouraged to attend. This seminar includes sessions on a broad range of stimulating topics -- the Biblical basis for self-care, member care, and learning about our emotions; teams and team conflict; MKs and TCKs; and current issues -- as well as 17 hours for skill-building, practicing the art of listening and counseling, and personal enrichment.
